I am aware that upon filling out and submitting this form I will be financially responsible to pay a total of $350 per child in order for my child to attend PURIFIED YOUTH CAMP with Pure Church. I understand that upon filling out and submitting this form, that I will be responsible for paying a $100 non-refundable deposit, and I am agreeing to pay the remaining $250 balance by July 23, 2025. We are excited to be heading back to Orlando, FL this summer for Purified Youth Camp. We will be renting two BIG homes where we have made plans for an extremely fun and impactful week. Between the resort amenities, group activities, and powerful nights in the presence of God, this will be an unforgettable experience for your teens!
